Markham Station

last night was our first time in this magnificent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the excellent service, with the superb meal and wine and with the decent cost. We will surely return there soon.

My friend and I came here for lunch and she got the Chicken fingers and fries and I got the turkey club sandwich with fries. Her food had a hair in it but they didn’t make her pay for her food so that was good. My food was fine and tasted good. I wish they would put the mayo onto the actual sandwich though or at least make it easier to dip the sandwich into the mayo because it kept falling apart.

Markham Station is your typical, reliable, go-to local diner where service is fast, the menu/food is simple, and the prices as you'd also expect are reasonable. We came on a Saturday morning around 930 and was seated quickly, food following fairly quickly and well.

Reminds me of the local restaurant as a teen that you would go with your best friends, eating and chatting the whole day away. Sporting a menu for any occasion (breakfast to burgers to dessert), the friendly and lovely staff supplements it as a great place to go to

Been coming here for years before the renovation. Restaurant layout is semi modern but very welcoming. Today I had the 8 oz steak and eggs breakfast for 20.99$ , good portions and cooked nicely. Waitress took care of us as well. Place is open 24/7 would recommend to anyone looking for local well cooked affordable meals. 5 stars, thanks for the great service!

The Markham Station is an original Scarborough institution. Decent breakfast platters here, at reasonable prices. The best deal is definitely the early bird special from 6AM-11AM everyday. $6.99 for 3 eggs and your choice of meat. Not often do you see those kind of prices for a classic diner breakfast anymore. Lots of seating here for groups of all sizes.

One of the oddest food experiences I've had. The decor, staff and atmosphere are nice. All the food was tasty except my friend got an older batch of home fried. The great thing was they provided a new batch. The oddest part of the whole meal was the eggs, since they were rubbery and dry. Had to douse my scrambled eggs in ketchup to add moisture. Should try something else next time.

Great service. Always greeted with a big smile from the hostess. Quick service and Excellent service and great food! Perfect meal for a Keto lifestyle too! Will def be back. Highly recommended A++++++

Good location. We were seated very quickly. And we're served right away. We were seated in the corner so it was a bit difficult to get the waitresses attention for things we needed. But was okay. The portion sizes are good and the meal was filling.

Loved the food and the portions. For such a busy place the food came quite fast. Only thing is it's hard to get the waitress attention because you're a little enclosed with the glass around the tables but they're nice and the food is great.

Convenient location, lots of parking, and excellent customer service. However the food is average. I had egg, fries , toast and pancakes . The pancake was fresh but it needs a hint of vanilla to mask the eggish taste . The toast was terrible, it was not toasted properly and the supposedly butter spread was sour ( I had to throw it away). If you order toast spread the butter yourself. The fries were average also .

The food is great, service can use improvement. Attention: Always bring ID if you look young servers are judgemental of good genes. No photo no drink. There is always a wait, but worth it. Reasonable prices, breakfast specials, 24/7 service and wheelchair accessible.

What can you say about a Scarborough staple. This restaurant has been around for at least 30 years and open all day, year round. Regardless if your looking for a bite in the morning, after the gym or club this restaurant has become an institution with those in the east end. Good food and reasonable prices, you can't really ask for more.

First time having breakfast there.....Sierra was the best waitress ..We will be back

Came to enjoy their breakfast special! Only $6.99 for three eggs, bacon, ham or sausages with home fries, roasted potatoes or rice. What a deal! I love the roasted potatoes here. The service is a little slow but the food is good.

Great local eatery with all day breakfast in Scarborough. Been eating here for a few years now and always enjoy their food. It's greasy diner style cooking in a newly updated decor.Today I ordered the early bird special for $6.99, you get three eggs, three bacon or sausage, homefries and toast.

Rated this local spot a "5". I genuinely love this place. The portions are always fair. The one thing that would hit home for me are some genuine smiles. Otherwise, the food is great! Love the eggs florentine!

The food is actually pretty decent. It's sort of become a Sunday morning tradition for us to drive down there for breakfast before we do groceries and life admin errands. The only thing I don't like is that they've squeezed together tables very tightly to try and accommodate the number of people that come there. You can almost hear the people at the next table breathe.

Been awhile since I've been in the area and the place has changed. Modern Reno but still the same good food and friendly service. Friend ordered the roasted potatoes as his side for his Super Bkfst and they were covered in a rich flavourful sauce. My omelette was packed with bacon, ham, sausage and marble cheese. Nice touch. Bacon not salty but the ham and sausage more than enough sodium to satisfy your weekly intake.

I had an excellent experience in this place. We loved the first-rate environment and the menu. The waiters were very friendly. I’m content we eventually managed to try this restaurant.

Absolutely one of the best breakfast places in scarborough! The waiter was great! We had a great experience here. The waiter felt that we were in a squished area so he decided to move us to a better spot and made sure everything was great!

I gave it a 4 star as thats the experience I felt I got compared to a nice 5 star restaurant but, over all the food tastes delicious and the staff are friendly.

Eggs, hash browns and bacon were quite good, especially the hot crispy hash browns. . Toast hardly warm and soggy. Coffee weak and almost tastelessService was polite and very quick. But if you want to charge this much for a very simple breakfaat, get it all right. And one more thing. If you don't like the smell of garlic don't sit anywhere near the kitchen.A very good plate ruined by other things a good restaurant really should know how to get right.

best breakfast place

Good breakfast. Quite a variety of choices in the menu. Place is clean and organized. Staff are attentive and fast. The only thing I didn’t like was the fruits. They weren’t fresh and they were dry. The location is close to the highway and there’s a lot of parking space in the area.

Visited a few times and this is our breakfast staple when in the area. Friendly service and good breakfast. We ordered the breakfast special and its incredible value. Its a nice classy diner style where u go with fam or friends to sit down n have a nice breakfast. Good coffee.

Great breakfast place. Open 24 hours. Busy on weekends club nights after the club's close 2am - 4am. Great food menu. Yummy skinny fries like McDonald's. Beef, chicken breast burgers are delicious. Chicken wings are good. Serves alcohol.

Family restaurant and fast food take out and bar. You can order from Uber eats. The managers and staff are the best and they are open 24/7 they seem to never close why would they when they have so many loyal customers like myself and they are like family. Thank you for the great food.

The omelettes were decent in size and taste. I'm not a breakfast potato person but I enjoyed theirs. Seasoned well and crispy. Regular toast. My hubby wanted something small so he ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and dammmmmmmmn! This thing was humongous!! He said something was slightly lacking in the taste. Could be the cheese. He also says the steak was kinda dry... The fries were thin and regular. The coleslaw was the winner on his plate. The service was snail slow. Unimpressed.

Station Veggie Burger with onion rings/fries on the side. And some coffee, what else you need to close your day. Respectful staff and spacious place. Great ambiance to bring your family. A true 24 by 7 restaurant.

I popped over for a quick lunch after visiting a vendor in the area. The club sandwich I had was really good, not the best I've had, but I'd definitely order it again. (I would have liked a stronger grilled flavour for the turkey and I prefer the mayo on the sandwich, instead of on the side, but these are small points.) It had lots of turkey, and crisp bacon, with a side of thin, crispy fries that tasted much like McDonald's (which is a good thing!) The atmosphere was bright, and tidy, and the servers were attentive and friendly. I'd definitely return, when back in the area.

Okay food and price. One good thing about it is 24hrs.

Definitely a must try! This is my go-to for breakfast/brunch, and one of my favourite places for a late night snack. There are so many menu options, you are guaranteed to find what you’re craving. BEST EGGS BENEDICT EVER!

My husband and I have been here several tines and have always had a good experience . We were really impressed on family day . The place was packed and there was a huge lineup to get in . We still only had to wait about twenty five minutes . The hostess was really upbeat and friendly and our server friendly and efficient . The food did not take long to arrive and was hot and tasty. We like the servers here and the great selection of menu items . Will keep going back when in the area

Food is excellent! Been going there for decades!

(Takeout side) Staff are friendly, place is clean and the burgers are always great. I frequent here for late night snacks and it’s pretty reliable. If I was being super picky, the pricing has gone up but it’s still comparable to fast food so I can’t really complain. The buffalo burger is 10/10.

Great 24 hour diner. The menu had many options to choose from. Our server was awesome - she was so entertaining and so helpful. The food was great. Turkey on the the club sandwich is cooked in-house. Everything was fresh. The home fries were perfect Parking wasn't an issue when we went.
